Step 1Peel your banana, break it into smaller pieces and put it in a container.
Mash it using a mixer. You can use a fork too but it's going to take longer and a little harder. Try to mash it much as possible. |
Step 2
Put your egg in a bowl and scramble it with a fork.
Add the mashed banana to it and mix everything together. This is your crepes mix. You don't need any sugar because the banana will give a sweet taste to your crepes. |
Step 3Spread a little bit of butter on your pan to make sure that your crepes won't stick to it.
Turn on the stove and pour some crepes mixture into the pan using a ladle. My ladle was pretty big so one was enough. Immediately make a rotatory movement with your pan so that the mixture is spread everywhere on the pan's surface. Do this very quickly. Let it cook for a while at a medium flame. As soon as you see that the edges of your crepe are tearing away from the pan, gently turn it on the other side, trying not to break it. Let it cook some more checking it from time to time. When you see that the second side is well cooked too, remove the crepe. Keep making other crepes like this using the rest of your mix. Your pan will be warmer from now on so it's going to take less time. |
